Hey guys!
Welcome back :) I hope all of you had a terrific, relaxing break and are ready to get this semester rolling.
I will be posting fun materials and little newsfeeds throughout the semester and also communicating with all of you through blackboard. Each week there will be a topic of discussion (posted at the beginning of the week) in which you all briefly write a response (by Friday at 5pm). Please be sure to check blackboard and your MMC emails on a regular basis and participate in the discussion board, since it counts towards your FYM 102 final grade.
Like Colin said, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email either of us at any point in time.

The snow sculpture image above is from the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. As of right now, it looks like the US is in the lead with a total of 6 medals (1 Gold, 2 Silver, 3 Bronze) with Germany (4 medals) and France (3 medals) close behind.
